How to Apply
Interested persons may make inquiry by telephone to Crouse Community Senior Services. An intake interview will follow with the applicant and the family. Referrals may be made by health professionals, physicians, clergy, family or friends.
Program Goals
1) To allow registrants an opportunity to remain as independent as possible within a caring and supportive environment.
2) To offer the frail, isolated and aged an opportunity to interact with others.
3) To offer structured, supervised health, recreational, social and nutritional and rehabilitation services.
4) To provide support for family members.

The Crouse Community Center Senior Services provide individuals with the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive health program. The program enables individuals to function effectively and independently to their maximum capabilities.
Equally important, the service provides relief and emotional support for families trying to cope with the problems of aging.
Senior Services are available Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm
