Crouse Community Center is pleased to announce that it has earned the top rating of "5 Stars" on Centers for Medicare and Medicaid's website, medicare.gov. For the past 2 years, they have been rated a "4 Star" nursing home.
Each nursing home is evaluated on survey history, staffing, and quality metrics to determine the overall all star rating which is updated quarterly. Crouse Community Center is now one of a select few in the area that has earned this distinction.
